Shi Quan, a 23-year-old man, recently made headlines after pleading guilty to engaging in sexual acts with a 13-year-old boy who has autism. The incident occurred in March of the previous year, when Shi, posing as a 16-year-old, lured the victim to his residence after initially meeting him at a bus station. Following the revelation of the incident to the victim's mother, law enforcement was notified, leading to Shi's arrest. He expressed remorse during questioning, claiming he was unaware of the victim's age and insisted that the encounter was consensual.
