Beginning her career over nine decades ago, she has remained dedicated to her craft, operating her salon in Nakagawa, Japan. Despite facing physical challenges, including knee pain, Hakoishi continues to serve clients, attributing her longevity to good genes and a disciplined morning routine of exercises she has maintained since her 70s.
