Shirin Ouda

Shirin Ouda is a senior operator at the Strauss candy factory and has been a part of the team for nine years. She describes her experience as her first foray into the workforce and has embraced the supportive culture at the factory, all while pursuing her education with the help of a scholarship from Strauss.
