Shobhan Bhoumik

Shobhan Bhoumik is the acting secretary of the Kumira Union Parishad and has been involved in overseeing the distribution of smart cards in the Bashbadia Union. He reported that out of 1,065 smart cards issued to the union, only 529 had been distributed, highlighting issues in the delivery process and concerns regarding the eligibility of recipients.
