Shoji Takeuchi

Shoji Takeuchi is a professor at the University of Tokyo, specializing in mechanical engineering. He is known for his pioneering work in the development of biohybrid robots, which integrate living tissues with robotic systems. Recently, he led a team of researchers that created the world's largest biohybrid robotic arm, capable of complex movements using cultivated human muscle tissue.
