Shondelle Reis

Shondelle Reis is a community advocate and mother who founded a support program for victims of gun violence after her own son, Joshua Bernard-Reis, was tragically killed in a random shooting in 2023. Following a recent shooting at the Salsa on St. Clair festival, she visited a young woman injured in the incident, demonstrating her commitment to helping others navigate the trauma of such violence.
