Sidi Mohamed Zenfour is the Assistant Director of the Project Management Directorate at the Hassan II Institute of Agronomy and Veterinary Medicine in Morocco. He recently participated in the signing of partnership agreements aimed at enhancing cooperation in higher education and research between Morocco and Mauritania.
