Sidi Othmane Atfil

Sidi Othmane Atfil is a military officer serving as the Head of the Study and Programming Department at the Ministry of Defense and Veterans Affairs in Mauritania. He recently accompanied the Minister of Defense, Hannan Ould Sidi, on a trip to the United Arab Emirates to participate in the Dubai Airshow 2025.
