Sigbjørn Johnsen
Sigbjørn Johnsen is a Norwegian politician from the Labour Party who served as the Minister of Finance from 2005 to 2013. He was instrumental in the establishment of the Government Pension Fund Global, commonly known as the Oil Fund, which was first funded in 1996 during his tenure.
