Sigurður Bergsson
Sigurður Bergsson was a prominent Icelandic master baker who owned Bernhöftsbakarí from 1944 until his death in 1982. He was instrumental in maintaining the bakery's reputation for quality and tradition, and he served as the first chairman of the Landssamband bakarameistara (Labak).
