Sikou Cissey

Sikou Cissey is a Malian man who was wrongfully accused by Russian mercenaries from the Wagner group of using a satellite phone to communicate with jihadists. He was subjected to brutal torture, including being held underwater until he could not breathe, in front of a group of terrified townspeople.
