Simcha Dado hails from Zagreb, Croatia, where she grew up in a small, religious Jewish community. As the only Jewish student in her high school, she faced unique social challenges. Inspired by her family’s commitment to Jewish life, including her brothers serving in the Israeli army, she moved to Israel to serve in a hospital, emphasizing her connection to the Jewish state.
