Simón Bolívar Rosero

Simón Bolívar Rosero is the manager of the building complex known as Multicomercio in Guayaquil. He was in the news for alerting firefighters about a massive fire that broke out in the morning, which led to the severe damage of the complex, resulting in the collapse of two towers and the evacuation of nearby areas.
