Simona Krnova, 23, is a business graduate working at Kia's assembly line in Zilina, Slovakia. Although she does not consider this her dream job, she appreciates the supportive work environment and the salary, which is competitive compared to other local companies. With many family members employed at the factory, she values the sense of community and the role of the automotive industry in supporting Slovak society.
