Simone Stülp

Simone Stülp serves as the Secretary of Innovation, Science, and Technology for the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. She is actively involved in initiatives aimed at attracting researchers and preventing talent drain from the state. Under her leadership, the state has partnered with the newly established Instituto Trajetórias to fund scholarships for students pursuing master's degrees at top international universities.
