Sir George Alleyne

Sir George Alleyne is a distinguished public health leader and the Director Emeritus of the Pan American Health Organization (PAHO). He played a pivotal role in the original Port of Spain Declaration, which brought attention to non-communicable diseases in the Caribbean, and has recently expressed disappointment at the lack of health priorities in regional discussions among Caribbean leaders.
