Siraj Ur Rehman is a graduate from Vizianagaram, Andhra Pradesh, who was recently apprehended in a joint operation by Telangana and Andhra Pradesh police. He is alleged to have played a key role in a conspiracy to carry out a terrorist attack, having procured bomb precursors from e-commerce platforms and stored them at his residence for a planned test explosion.
