Sisir Kumara Silva

Sisir Kumara Silva is a former regulatory officer of the Excise Department in Sri Lanka, who, along with his colleague, was sentenced to 28 years in prison for demanding a bribe to facilitate leniency in the prosecution of drug-related offenses.
