Sivakov

Sivakov is a former government official from Gomel, Belarus, who was convicted of corruption in 2023 for exceeding his official authority by approving loans for several commercial organizations to ensure timely payment of employee salaries. Despite being sentenced to three years of imprisonment with a two-year suspension, he was appointed to a new position in the Gomel City Executive Committee's Capital Construction Department by the end of 2023 and later promoted to Deputy General Director for Housing Construction in the Gomel Regional Capital Construction Department.
