Slavko Milanović
Slavko Milanović is a survivor of the Jasenovac concentration camp, where he was imprisoned as a child during World War II. Born in 1934, he has dedicated his life to preserving the memory of the atrocities committed at Jasenovac, which is often referred to as the 'Balkan Auschwitz.' At 89 years old, he serves as the president of the Jasenovac Survivor Association, sharing his harrowing experiences of survival, loss, and the importance of remembrance to ensure such horrors are never repeated.
