Smart Okwuokenye

Smart Okwuokenye, 26, is the elder brother of Amechi Okwuokenye and was arrested with him for their involvement in the kidnapping and murder of two individuals in Delta State. He allegedly motivated his brother to carry out the crime in pursuit of financial gain.
