Sócrates Fidel Feliz

Sócrates Fidel Feliz is a sergeant major in the police force of the Dominican Republic. He has recently been in the news due to his involvement in a case concerning the deaths of five individuals in La Barranquita, Santiago, where he, along with three other police officers, was placed under three months of preventive detention as part of an ongoing investigation into the incident.
