Dr. Sofo Tanko Rashid Computer is a seasoned public administrator and politician in Ghana, recently appointed as the Acting Chief Executive Officer of the Ghana Investment Fund for Electronic Communication (GIFEC) by President John Dramani Mahama. With a strong academic background that includes a PhD in Public Administration and multiple MSc degrees, he has held significant roles in the National Democratic Congress (NDC), including Deputy National Director of Elections and IT. Dr. Computer has also contributed to academia as a lecturer and has experience in various public service roles, such as Regional Director of the Youth Employment Agency and Regional Manager of the National Health Insurance Authority.
