Sokol Haliti

Sokol Haliti is the mayor of Viti, a town in Kosovo, who expressed deep sorrow over the tragic death of Lea B, one of the victims of the Graz school shooting, and conveyed the mourning of the community in Kosovo for the loss of their young citizen.
