Solomon Mwai

Solomon Mwai is a tea farmer from the Ragati factory in Mathira, Kenya. He has been vocal about the challenges facing small-scale tea farmers, particularly regarding the declining prices of tea at the Mombasa Tea Auction. Recently, he expressed concerns about the reduced annual bonus payments, questioning the accountability of stakeholders in the tea sector while highlighting that Kenyan tea is often regarded as among the best in the world.
