Somaratne Rajapakse

Somaratne Rajapakse is a former soldier in the Sri Lankan army who was convicted in 1998 for his involvement in the rape and murder of a schoolgirl and several family members. He claimed to have knowledge of the locations of numerous bodies buried in a mass grave in Chemmani, an area that saw significant military activity during the Sri Lankan Civil War.
