Somsri Lapbun

Somsri Lapbun, aged 59, tragically lost his life due to shrapnel from a fallen BM-21 rocket in the Saothongchai sub-district of Kantharalak district, Sisaket province, Thailand. He was known as a community volunteer who actively participated in local safety efforts during times of unrest along the border.
