Son-Har Melech

Son-Har Melech is an Israeli politician and member of the Knesset, affiliated with the Shas party. She has been an advocate for policies that support the education and advancement of women in religious and ultra-Orthodox communities. Recently, she proposed a law that allows for gender-segregated advanced academic programs, arguing that it would help promote women from sectors that have historically faced barriers to higher education.
