Srinivas Phatak

Srinivas Phatak is a seasoned finance professional with over 25 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, primarily with Unilever and its Indian subsidiary, Hindustan Unilever. He began his career at ITC before joining Unilever in 1999 as a finance manager in India. Throughout his tenure, he held several key positions, including CFO for Hindustan Unilever, where he significantly contributed to the company's market growth and profitability. As of March 1, 2023, Phatak has been appointed as the acting chief financial officer of Unilever, following the elevation of Fernando Fernandez to CEO, further solidifying his leadership role within the company.
