Stacey Richards-Kennedy

Dr. Stacey Richards-Kennedy is the regional manager for the CAF Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, where she has led initiatives to invest nearly 2.8 billion US dollars in digital infrastructure and public services throughout the region.
