Stalin Hidalgo

Stalin Hidalgo serves as the legal secretary and is a representative of the President of the Republic on the board of Acess, the Agency for Quality Assurance of Health Services and Prepaid Medicine in Ecuador. Recently, he has been in the news for his involvement in the initiation of a quality audit and case analysis at the Hospital Universitario de Guayaquil following the tragic deaths of twelve newborns, aiming to ensure compliance with health standards and identify any possible responsibilities.
