Stalin Santiago Andino is the legal secretary of the Presidency of the Republic of Ecuador. He was in the news for initially requesting the postponement of a constitutional hearing on the Organic Law of Public Integrity, although he subsequently withdrew this request, continuing to advocate for a more traditional in-person format for the proceedings.
