Faced with severe power outages due to ongoing Russian missile attacks on Ukraine's energy infrastructure, he spearheaded an innovative initiative to install solar panels on the building's roof. Under his leadership, the condominium became the first residential building in Ukraine to sell electricity back to the grid, demonstrating remarkable resilience and ingenuity in the face of adversity.
