Stanislav Zarutskiy

Stanislav Zarutskiy is the father of a Ukrainian woman who was tragically killed in the United States. Recently, he was in the news due to the misinformation that he was prohibited from leaving Ukraine to attend his daughter's funeral. However, officials from the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine clarified that he did receive the necessary assistance to travel and successfully arrived in the U.S. to say his final goodbyes.
