Starling Noboa Ysabel, a 34-year-old individual, was recently in the news following a violent shooting incident in Bella Vista, Distrito Nacional, where he was targeted while driving a luxury Mercedes Benz G-63 AMG. The attack involved multiple gunshots fired at his vehicle by unknown assailants in a separate Honda CRV.
