Stefan Ćulafić
Stefan Ćulafić is a member of the Democratic Party of Socialists (DPS) in Montenegro. He is known for advocating social welfare initiatives, and recently he proposed measures for free public transport for pensioners and vulnerable groups, as well as subsidized water prices for the most disadvantaged citizens of Podgorica. His efforts reflect a commitment to improving the quality of life for marginalized communities in the capital.
