Stefan Dzwonnik
Stefan Dzwonnik was a Polish immigrant and the visionary behind the Universal Power House, also known as Saturn’s Rings, located in Eschol Park, Sydney. He aimed to create a global center for peace and harmony, where humans and animals could coexist. Construction of this unique architectural project began in the late 1970s but was never completed, leading to its reputation as a local curiosity. Despite its intended message of love and truth, the site has been marred by incidents, including a recent tragic death linked to dog attacks.
