Stefan J.

Stefan J. is a 32-year-old man from Aleksinac, Serbia, who has been charged with the sexual assault of a 24-year-old woman in a lift in Niš. The incident took place on February 11, 2024, and has resulted in a request from the prosecution for a 12-year prison sentence. Stefan allegedly attacked the victim in a brutal manner, leaving her with injuries and attempting to erase evidence of the crime. Following his arrest shortly after the incident, he claimed to have no recollection of the events.
