Stefan Loppacher

Stefan Loppacher is the director of the National Office for Abuse in the Church Context, a position he assumed in June 2024. He is involved in developing national measures aimed at addressing abuse within the Catholic Church in Switzerland. Loppacher has acknowledged the need for external oversight and a strong leadership culture to ensure that preventive measures against abuse are effectively implemented and enforced.
