Stefan Saunders

Stefan Saunders, a 47-year-old former gang leader, was convicted in 2018 for attempting to carry out a cash-in-transit robbery worth over €2 million, leading to a 7½ year prison sentence. His criminal activities included involvement in the notorious €1.8 million Brinks Allied security van robbery in 2005 and a series of other robberies, resulting in the seizure of his five-bedroom home in Clonee, Dublin, by the Criminal Assets Bureau, as it was acquired with proceeds from crime.
