Stelian Teleucă

Stelian Teleucă is a Moldovan judge who has served on the Chișinău Court of Appeal since 2014. He is known for his involvement in high-profile cases, including the acquittal of former deputy Constantin Țuțu in a murder case. In May 2024, he was among 17 judges who submitted resignations amid a significant justice sector reform in Moldova. Teleucă has recently been in the news for filing a lawsuit against the Vetting Commission after his application to be evaluated for a disciplinary position was deemed inadmissible by the Supreme Court.
