Stelios Kouloglou

Stelios Kouloglou is a Greek journalist and former Member of the European Parliament (MEP) who was actively involved in investigating spyware abuses in Europe, particularly related to the controversial Pegasus spyware developed by NSO Group. First elected as a member of the Syriza party, Kouloglou joined the European parliamentary committee known as Pega in March 2022, which was tasked with examining the misuse of surveillance technologies.
