Stéphane Bornet

Stéphane Bornet is the director of the French National Association for the Study of Snow and Avalanches (ANENA). He has been actively involved in researching the conditions that lead to avalanches, particularly in the Alps, and has commented on the unique weather patterns that have contributed to an increase in avalanche-related fatalities this winter.
