Stéphane Flandrin

Stéphane Flandrin is the country representative for Bibliothèques sans Frontières in Burundi, an organization focused on promoting access to education and culture through innovative initiatives. He recently participated in the launch of the 'Francophonie numérique au Burundi' project, which aims to enhance French language skills among Burundian youth using digital tools.
