Stéphane Sbraggia

Stéphane Sbraggia is the mayor of Ajaccio and the president of the community of agglomeration of the Ajaccio region (CAPA). He has been a vocal advocate for sustainable urban transport solutions, promoting the newly inaugurated Ajaccio cable car as a viable alternative to car travel for the city’s 75,000 residents. Under his leadership, the cable car project aims to alleviate traffic congestion and support the growing population in the eastern neighborhoods of Ajaccio.
