Stephen Curran, 32, is a member of the Community Action Tenants Union (CATU) and serves as a communications officer for one of its north Dublin branches. Growing up in social housing, Curran has seen the effects of the housing crisis firsthand and believes that the lack of affordable housing is forcing people into the private market. He advocates for policies that would allow communities to thrive by making housing accessible and stable.
