Stephen Hunter Johnson is an attorney and member of Miami-Dade's Black Affairs Advisory Board. He has recently spoken out against the spring break restrictions in Miami Beach, arguing that they may be racially motivated and pointing out that the decrease in violence was likely a natural consequence of moving past COVID restrictions, rather than a result of the new measures.
