Stephen Mallinder

Stephen Mallinder is a founding member of the influential electronic music group Cabaret Voltaire, known for their experimental sound and provocative performances that played a significant role in shaping the Sheffield music scene in the late 1970s. Mallinder's work with the band, which included pioneering the use of tape loops and synthesizers, has influenced numerous artists across various genres. He continues to create music and reflect on the band's legacy, especially following the passing of his bandmate Richard H Kirk.
