Stevan Gajević, born in 1974 in Pljevlja, Montenegro, is an accomplished economist with a diverse background in government and the banking sector. He holds a master's degree in economics and has worked as an economic consultant for various companies. His experience includes serving as the state secretary in the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry, and Water Management. Gajević is also a professional court expert, financial consultant, tax expert, independent appraiser, and specialist in financial investigations. Recently, he was in the news after President Jakov Milatović proposed him as a member of the Fiscal Council of Montenegro to enhance the quality of fiscal policy.
