Steve Varley

Steve Varley is a former UK head of EY, where he led the firm for nine years until 2020. He is now chairing a new boutique advisory firm called Unity Advisory, which aims to provide an alternative to the Big Four accounting firms, focusing on client-centric services without the conflict of interest issues common in larger firms.
